Time to swim

Summer has officially begun in AZ, so it's time to get in the pool to cool down. Timmy loves the water! He's still figuring the cold water out, but with every day he's enjoying it more.

Timmy has been scooting around for a while, but tonight he crawled for the first time. Watch out world, here he comes!

Door stopper

Today after a little vomit incident Timmy discovered the door stopper in our bathroom. It was too cute, so I quickly video taped him.

Timmy's first haircut

Today Timmy got his first haircut. We took him to Great Clips, which is where Mama goes to get hers cut.
Daddy and Timmy both sat down in the chair and after they had their smocks on the cutting began. Timmy did great, even though half way through he started to cry. It was all good though. He looks great now and Mama hugs fixed all the tears. I guess we'll use a wet comb more often, then he's used to the feeling on his head. Parenting is definitely a trial and error kind of thing. :o)

Adoption Party

To celebrate Timmy's adoption we had a big party for him on Saturday after his adoption. It was so much fun to have family and friends there to celebrate the newest Bartlett!!!!

Adoption Day

The big day has finally come. Today we finalized Timothy's adoption. He is now officially Timothy Tyson Bartlett! Yay!!!!!

Even though the court date was scheduled during Timmy's nap time, he did wonderful. The most heart warming part was that Timmy began to clap, just as the judge was officially declaring him a Bartlett and us as his parents. Looks like our little man approves of the judges decision.

 For lunch we went to a the "Mi Amigos" Mexican Restaurant. We thought this would be a perfect place to celebrate, since Mama and Daddy were vacationing at the beach in Mexico, when Timothy was born. :o)
